Our returns policy is very simple. You can return items for any reason. We accept the return of any item which is unused and in its original packaging. When we receive your return we will refund you the full cost of the item/s ordered.

It is our policy not to pay the cost of postage for returns, unless we have sent you an item you did not order or if the item has been damaged in transit. This policy is enforced with much trepidation, but unfortunately the cost of paying for the return of items would prove prohibitive.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged please contact us as quickly as possible. We only accept claims for damaged goods 7 days after the have been received.

How should I return an item?

Please package the item in a suitable manner and post to our postal address. We recommend you use the Royal Mail for most items, but we have no preference.
