Customers have the right to cancel orders from the date they place the order and for up to 7 working days, starting from the day after they receive the goods assuming they have not been used.

1. If you do not want to pay on-line call us on 0131 313 446 with your order and card details and we will process your order immediately.

2. Postage is charged at a flat rate of £4.00 (except for golf bags, sets of irons, package sets and trollys for which postage is £8.50.) to any address in the UK.

3. Payment is taken when your order is placed, via our secure payment provider SagePay.

4. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way when purchasing goods from our store.

5. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and Order reference numbers.

6. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible (in most cases the day we receive the order) In some cases in can take up to 28 day for items to dispatched. In the event of any delays we shall contact you with the expected delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the delivery time stated you have option to cancel your order. Contact us via e-mail or telephone stating your order number and we will cancel your order.

8. Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling.
