www.golfing-lady.com was formerly known as The Ladies Golf Centre. Established in 1990, The Ladies Golf Centre became one of the first golf shops in the UK to cater exclusively for lady golfers. Our shop, located near the centre of Edinburgh, has an extensive selection of ladies golf clothing, ladies golf waterproofs, ladies golf shoes and ladies golf accessories. This has helped us become a firm favourite amongst locals and visitors alike.

Over the years we realised lady golfers were poorly catered for by many golf retailers and made an undertaking to address this problem. With this in mind we launched this website in 2002, making it possible for more lady golfers to access our collections. Our site has become one of the biggest and best ladies golf websites in the UK, regularly getting over 1 million hits each month and in 2005 it was voted ‘The best place to buy ladies golf products online in the UK’ by the Guardian newspaper. 

In 2010 we re-branded our high street shop to mirror our web presence in an aim to clearly define our 'high street' and 'on-line' branding.  This has allowed us to improve the visibility of our website and offer a more streamlined service to both online and high street customers.
