We have a no quibble returns policy which means you can return any item purchased for any reason. Items can be returned for a replacement, a refund or a credit. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the ‘My Account’ menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Returns must be unused (we understand you'll want to try things on...but please be careful to avoid getting marks or makeup any items) and in the original packaging. Please carefully package the item and return to the following address; When you are returning an item please enclose your Name, Address and Phone Number with in the package. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item Unfortunately we are unable to pay for the cost of refunds unless we have sent you an item you didn't order. We recommend you use the Royal Mail Standard 1st or 2nd class services for returns, but have no preference. We will not refund the cost of Recorded or Special delivery returns, but customers can use this service if they prefer. |
